The new Virgin Hotel in Edinburgh has an event room, like no other, called Greyfriars Hall. This former medieval church, with vaulted ceilings, has been thoughtfully restored to make it a unique destination for a wide range of events including meetings, conferences or corporate dinners. The room features Globus chairs, here more versatile than ever, finished in black frame, walnut backrest and seat upholstered in a warm cognac leather. Interior designer: Joelle Reid Interiors. Furniture: Tangram. Photos: Tom Sullam Photography. SEE THE PROJECT
- Oriol Rossell winery makes quality wines and cavas with grapes grown on their own estate. Cavas made in the traditional way, handed down from generation to generation. The new tasting and events rooms have been designed by the Esteve Interiorisme team: the first room includes a long table with green Globus chairs, and the second, a more reserved space, uses Laclasica chairs. - Van Hoogevest Architecten (from Amersfoort) have just restored the “Nieuwe Kerk” in Delft, a Dutch historic building with Gothic style from 1496. Their forward thinking and vision has melanged this unique architecture with STUA’s Laclasica chair to create a space that is timeless. This is why Jesus Gasca design is called Laclasica. This project has been possible thanks to SV Collection, the STUA partner in Holland.
