Design chairs
STUA offers comfortable and lightweight chairs designed for long periods of sitting. Chairs with curved surfaces, because the body is curved. Chairs in which the seat bends downward so that circulation in the legs is not restricted. Chairs that think about you and your comfort. And all of them are stackable.

FAQ:
What types of chairs does STUA offer?
STUA has four chair families: Globus, Laclasica, Gas and Egoa. Fixed versions are designed for dining, conference and contract settings. Gas and Egoa are also available as swivel chairs for workspaces and meeting rooms.
Which STUA chairs are stackable?
Globus, Laclasica, four-legged Gas and sled-base Egoa are stackable. Laclasica can be stacked up to four chairs high and Egoa up to six on the floor. Swivel and castor-base versions are not included in this classification.
What is the difference between Globus, Laclasica, Gas and Egoa?
Globus is a lightweight chair with a polypropylene or plywood seat and back. Laclasica combines three-dimensionally moulded wood, solid wood and a structural aluminium element. Gas uses a light aluminium frame and is available in fixed and swivel versions. Egoa is distinguished by its articulated seat and backrest.
Which STUA chair is suitable for workspaces or meeting rooms?
Gas swivel is available with castors and adjustable height for task seating, or with a fixed self-return base for meeting rooms. Egoa also has a castor-base task version, while the sled-base version works well for meetings, conferences and dining.
How does STUA approach comfort in its chair designs?
Each family takes a different approach. Globus uses curved surfaces; Laclasica shapes wood around the body; Gas combines a sloping seat with a double-curved backrest; and Egoa uses an articulated system that allows the seat and back to move with the user.
