Put 1 plastic ring into the hole of the seat.
 
The plastic in the hole.
 
Put some Teflon on the plastic ring
 
Here you see the Teflon on the plastic ring.
 

Put some Locitite blue glue on the screw. This is to avoid the screw from unscrewing.
 
Put the seat into the frame.
 
Screw the plastic screw to the seat.
